Skylight bringing daylight into a large building

Skylights

Steel-framed skylights in Pakistan that bring daylight into atriums, corridors and halls.

About this category

A skylight lets daylight into the middle of a building where windows cannot reach, such as atriums, corridors and large halls. Natural light makes spaces nicer to use and cuts your electricity bill.

We build the steel frame and fit glass or polycarbonate on top, with careful sealing so it does not leak. For bigger openings, we can build gridshell-style skylights that span wide areas with slim steel.

What we deliver

  • Fixed and ridge-type skylights
  • Glass or polycarbonate sheets
  • Leak-proof sealing details
  • Optional openable vents

Navy Hospital

Pakistan

The Navy Hospital project features a geometric steel roof lattice above a concrete interior. These images show the roof opening, a triangulated grid study, the frame arranged on site, and views through the lattice toward the sky.
