SCIP panel building with foam-core wire panels sprayed with concrete
All categories

SCIP lightweight structures

SCIP panel buildings in Pakistan: quick, well-insulated walls, floors and roofs.

About this category

SCIP stands for Structural Concrete Insulated Panel. Each panel is a foam (EPS) core wrapped in steel wire mesh on both sides. Once the panels are up, we spray them with concrete (shotcrete), which gives you strong, well-insulated walls, floors and roofs.

SCIP builds faster than brick and block, stays cooler in summer and warmer in winter, and suits housing schemes, schools, clinics, hostels and site offices. It is a good fit for contractors who need to finish repeat buildings quickly and keep costs under control.
