Ali Center – Multi-Storey Steel & SCIP Structure

At Ali Center, we developed a multi-storey building using a combination of steel framing and SCIP technology. The steel structure provided the primary load-bearing strength and flexibility for vertical expansion, while SCIP panels were used for walls and slabs to ensure thermal efficiency, fire resistance, and reduced construction time. This hybrid system resulted in a modern, durable, and energy-efficient facility that meets both structural and functional needs.
